Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message to your email address. If you do not receive it, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will inform you how to proceed.

Log in you account and follow the real time tracking of your shipment.

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will tell you what to do. If we have sent you a wrong item, we will replace it.

You can shop as a guest user, without registering. Remember that by registering you will be able to enjoy the following advantages:

SHIPMENTS

The Products delivered through the Site are currently available in all the Europe.

For security reasons, the Owner doesn’t ship to post offices and undelivered packages will be returned to the Owner’s warehouse. The shipment of the Products is free of charge in Italy, while for other countries it will cost 20€. The Owner shall issue, for each order placed on the Site, an invoice or purchase receipt, which shall be valid as proof of the purchase itself and in which a summary of the order placed is shown.
This document will be attached to the shipment and no change to the data will be possible after it has been issued. It is advisable to check the delivery and billing information before placing an order. Orders and shipment will be processed and dispatched on working days, and if it is a non-working day orders and shipments will be processed and dispatched on the first available working day. The same will apply during periods when the Owner is closed. The Product will be dispatched within 5 working days and the delivery time varies, except in exceptional cases, from 3 to 15 working days. If the item is not in stock, the order will be put into production for you and delivered within 10 to 15 working days. This time frame is an approximate value and the Owner is not liable for any delays through no fault of its own. Please bear in mind that delivery times may be different in the event that delivery takes place to particular destinations that are difficult to reach or due to adverse weather conditions. The delivery times given are to be understood as approximate times and do not include delays due to unauthorized payments and/or out-of- stock items. The Holder shall not be liable for damage, loss or delays resulting from the delivery of the Product to the carrier and shall not be liable in any case of force majeure. The Purchaser undertakes to check without delay, that the delivery is correct and complete with what has been ordered, and to notify the Holder if the delivery or the order does not comply. In any case, the Buyer shall have the right not to accept it with reservation if the wrapping or packaging is visibly damaged. Should the shipment be unsuccessful due to the Buyer (e.g. incorrect information, non-collection), the shipping and customs costs of returning the shipment shall be borne by the Buyer.

RETURNS

The purchase order placed with the Purchaser shall have the value of a contractual proposal and shall be governed by these Terms. The contract shall be deemed concluded following transmission to the Controller of the order and following a Controller confirmation.

Fili Pari guarantees the quality of the products sold in its online store, however, if, for any reason, you wish to return your order or a part of it, we will be happy to accept the return within 14 days from the delivery date.

Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:

  1. The product must be intact and not used
  2. The tag must still be attached to the garment
  3. The product must not be damaged
  4. The return of items for which customizations, tailoring changes or the application of their initials have been requested cannot be accepted.

Fili Pari, therefore, reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the conditions. If you wish to change any of the ordered products, our Customer Service will be available to help you find a solution.

The customer must login into his account or check the Order History to choose the return procedure for the garments he chooses to return, according to the conditions described above. In case of change, the customer can place a new order to request replacement items. In case of price differences, the Customer Service will follow the practice to help.

The return procedure is as follows:

  1. send an email with the reasons to [email protected]; store the item in the original case with its accessories;
  2. print the return template here
  3. fill out the form and send it with the article;
  4. Seal the package securely;
  5. contact the owner by email at [email protected] and follow the directions in relation to payment and organization of the shipment, providing time availability, address and other necessary information to proceed with the withdrawal of the package by the courier;
  6. Address the package to be returned to:

Return fees vary by type, namely:

  1. in case there is a return for exchange of goods not consisting of Product defects, this will be borne by the Buyer (Gift Cards are not returnable). Such Product must not have been worn, washed or altered;
  2. in case there is a return for defects of the Products, this will be borne by the Owner;
  3. please remember that, in any case, the original shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping costs for returns in Italy are 10.00€, while for other Countries are 20.00€.

The Buyer accepts that Products purchased on sale or in promotion or equivalent cannot be returned for replacement, unless otherwise declared by the Owner, if there is no further availability of stock. Following the return of the Product, the Owner reserves the right to verify the integrity of the Product and, if the latter is diminished in value, reserves the right to refund the Buyer only partially in proportion to the diminished value suffered by the Product.

If, on the other hand, the Buyer has received an incorrect, incomplete, defective or damaged Product, he may send an email communication to the Owner (within the 14 days mentioned above), accompanied by photographic documentation, in order to return the Product and receive a replacement or a refund.The Owner will, therefore, to communicate to the Buyer the modalities of return and it will support the relative expenses, but it reserves the right to check that what complained by the Buyer corresponds to truth and, in case of positive result, it will provide to carry out the substitution or the reimbursement.

Please note that all exchanges will be authorized and carried out on the basis of stock availability.

Please note that the owner uses, during the production process, natural materials that may react in a non-homogeneous way, creating different shades or small pigments that are characteristic and peculiarities of each garment. These irregularities are not considered by the owner as a defect but contribute to make each garment unique. The Owner reserves the right to report to the competent authorities any orders placed in a name other than that of the Buyer. The Owner also reserves the right to cancel orders and report to the competent authorities if there are suspicions of possible fraud.

All returns from countries other than Italy must be marked “Return of Italian Merchandise” on the customs declaration, as without these the Product may not be returned or may incur additional costs.
